WELCOME OFFER FOR JOINING

Rs.2495/- (1 LMTS + Personal Accidental Insurance for Rs.90,000/- + Personal Accidental Mediclaim for Rs.10,000/- + Business Kit). Rest of the Products as 6 LMTS and 1 MLL will be issued after deduction of Rs.1504/- from the payout of the Distributors concerned with the ratio of 50% subject to maximum of Rs.1504/-.

Explanation : More Joining Options will be introduced in future with other innovative range of Product. Every Business Associate has to fill-up the Application form for Insurance. Business Associates will be issued the individual certificate of the Insurance from National Insurance.
Insurance is meant for the security of our Business Associate and as a Gift from i-Connect.

INCOME OPPORTUNITY

A : Binary

1. REFERAL INCOME : When you recommend Products to the people, your team of distributors is automatically formed. Every product package Purchased by new distributor in your team will add allotted Point values (PV) into your accounts that will be converted into RP (Reward Points).

The system works with the unique concept of binary where you have to recommend minimum two distributors, one in the left side and another in the right side to qualify for Income.

PV in the left side and PV in the right side will form pair PV. Your reward points will be given in the following manner.

Explanation : Ratio of matching is 1 : 1 (1 PV = 5 RP, 1 RP = 1 Rupee, 50 pair PV = 100 PVs, 100 PV = 100 X 5 = Rs. 500/-) Means 1 member in left and 1 in Right side will generate Rs. 500/- As Referal Income ( Weekly ceiling = 100 such pairs on an ID) < /p >

2. SPILL OVER INCOME : After qualifying Referral Income i.e. introducing 2 directs one each to your left & Right side, your all other referrals will be treated as Spill by you and for this extra efforts you will be rewarded with Rs. 500/- in addition to 50 PVs for binary and its payout will be released irrespective of matching.

                      (Spill will be counted to binary for entire line of sponsor)
                      (Spill can be done extreme left or extreme right only)

3. SINGLE LINE SPILL OVER DEVELOPMENT INCOME : From the generation of every Spill, the Business Associate will be rewarded with Rs. 500/- extra in addition to 50 PVs for binary. This Income will be released in single line (unlimited depth) and without ceiling.

Explanation : As per example mentioned above if a business associate has made a Spill after his two directs and further 4 business associates came under the spill as its generation. Hence, payout of the associate ‘U’ would be as under :

Note : Spill over by Directs/team members and its generation will be counted for binary benefit only subject to matching and weekly ceiling.

4. CV REWARD ON PV : From every joining into Binary Tree a 50 CV will be generated automatically in Re-purchase Plan and accordingly the whole line of sponsor will be benefited.

Explanation : This has been introduced to support the business associates for promotion of their re-purchase as career plan. Re-purchase Plan is same as the earlier plan. Payout of re-purchase will be released fortnightly.

Re-purchase Products :

5. REPURCHASE INCOME – (UP TO 30%) : After becoming a distributor you will get products at Distributor Price (DP- See Repurchase Product Table Above). Apart from this you get wholesale profit from the sale of all the distributors directly sponsored by you and their team. All the distributors directly sponsored by you will be placed at your first level and their group sales will be your cumulative group sale.

(At 30% level you will be called as Manager)

6. MANAGER INCOME – (UP TO 4%) : You will get 2% of the turn over of your 1st Generation Manager, 1% of the 2nd Generation Manager and 1% of 3rd Generation Manager’s C.V. turn over.

7. ROYALTY – (4%) : You are entitled to 4% group royalty if you have at least one leg as Manager with minimum least one leg as Manager with minimum turn over of 50000 CV for that particular month, with a minimum side volume of 50000 CV with all other remaining legs.

You will be called an Active Manager for that particular month.

8. REGIONAL DIRECTOR’S BONUS – (2%) : All Regional Director’s will share 2% national C.V. turnover of the Company for next 12 months from the date of qualification.

Criteria for becoming Regional Director :

*   Any Manager who achieves royalty for 6 months in any 12 months period. (Out of which any 2 months should be consecutive)

OR

*   Any Manager who achieves monthly personal C.V. of 50000 for 6 months in any 12 months period. (Out of which any 2 months should be consecutive)

9. NATIONAL DIRECTOR’S BONUS – (2%) : Manager and above with 2 Regional directors (in different legs) will be designated as National director and will share 2% Company’s national C.V. turnover for next 12 months.

10. GLOBAL DIRECTOR’S BONUS – (2%) : Manager and above with 2 National directors (in different legs) will be designated as Global Director and will share 2% of Company’s global C.V. turnover for next 12 months.

11. CHAIRMAN’S CLUB BONUS – (2%) : All the Managers and above with minimum 2 Global Directors will join Chairman’s Club and will share 2% of the Company’s global C.V. turn over for life time.

12. CAR FUND – (2%) : All National Directors and above will share 2% of the Company’s National C.V. turns over as a Car Fund subject to Maximum of Rs. 4,00,000/- for National director, Rs. 7,00,000/- for Global Director and Rs. 10,00,000/- for Chairman Club Distributors.

13. MATCHING BONUS : You will get 7% of the income (for that particular month) earned by all the distributors sponsored by you personally (1st level distributors) and 3% of the income (for the particular month) earned by all your 2nd level distributors.
